How do I check on the status of my order?
To check on the status of your order, please visit the page or click on the linkTrack Orders, enter your consignment number as provided by us. You may also call us @ +919820949636 or email us jvcvsales@outlook.com. Please do mention your order number in the email. We will respond to email inquiries within 2 working days.
Can I order by phone?

In accordance with tax laws, we are required to collect VAT/CST on orders shipped within India. The amount of CST varies by state.

Once your order has been processed and is ready to ship, you will receive an email containing your consignment number, which will allow you to track your order on our website JVCV.in.
What is your return policy?
To provide you with a worry-free shopping experience at JVCV.in and offer you a “No Questions Asked Return Policy”. Within 7 days of receiving your shipment, you may return any unopened item in its original packaging, for a refund (excluding shipping costs). When you return your product, just indicate the reason for your return in a short note (if you feel like it!), put the item and the note with the order number into a secure package, affix our address note (our returns address is given below) and send it through a reliable courier or mail it to us.

What do I do with damaged, defective or missing products?
If an item ordered by you on JVCV.in is delivered to you in a damaged / defective condition, please email us at jvcvsales@outlook.com or call us @ 9820949636 for a replacement. When we ship out the replacement item to you, we will also have the defective/damaged item picked up from you at our cost.
